Sport's Rules

1. Each match consists of one innings per side, each innings limited to 10 overs2. A match should be completed in a fixed time (for example, 80-90 minutes in total).3. No bowler may bowl more than 2 overs in the innings4. first 3 overs are designated as powerplay5. Runs: standard (singles, doubles, boundaries, overthrows) as per Laws ofCricket6. Legal bowling section7. Only wood bat is allowed (plastic bat etc not allowed)8. If scores are level at the end of each side's 10 overs, a Super Over is played9. Players must adhere to spirit of cricket, respect umpires10. Umpires' decisions are final.

Tournament type: single-elimination (knockout)

Match format: best of 3 games (first to win 2 games)

Point Structure by Round

Pre-semifinal rounds: games played to 15 points (girls) and 21(boys)
Semifinals & Final: games played to 15 points (girls) and 21 points(boys)

Scoring & Winning a Game

Rally scoring: a point is awarded at every rally, regardless of server
To win a game: reach the game's point target (15 or 21) and lead by at least 2 points
If score reaches (target- 1) : (target- 1) (e.g. 14-14 or 20-20), play continues until one side leads by 2

Match Victory

The first player or pair to win 2 games wins the match

Change of Ends

Players change ends at the end of each game
In the deciding (third) game, they change ends when a side first reaches half the game's target (i.e. 8 in 15-point games, 11 in 21-point games)

Service & Play

Winner of each rally serves the next rally
Standard badminton service, fault, net, let rules apply unless modified
All standard rules of badminton govern play, except where overridden by

1. Match Format & Scoring

A match consists of 3 sets.
Each set is played to 15 points.
A team must win by at least 2 points (e.g. 15-13, 16-14, etc.).
Use rally scoring: every rally awards one point to a team (regardless of who served).
The first team to win 2 sets wins the match.
Match format: Best of 3 games. First team to win 2 games wins.
Each game to 15 points, win by 2 points.
Rally scoring: a point on every rally, whoever wins the rally gets the point.
Each team gets max 3 touches to return the ball over the net.
No double hits by the same player in a row (except after a block).
Ball in if it lands on the boundary line; out if fully outside or hits antenna/net posts or referee stand.
Serve from behind the end line.

Players

3 players play on court at a time.
2 extra players wait off-court; rotate in when someone is knocked out.

Knockout Format

Players line up. Two balls are used (if available) or one, per your choice.
The first two players take turns shooting from a predefined spot (say free throw line).
If the first player makes the shot, they stay and pass the ball; if they miss, they can rebound and shoot again.
If the second player makes the shot before the first player, the first player is knocked out and steps out of that round.
Continue until only one player remains - that last player is the winner.

Rotation

When someone is knocked out, the next waiting player enters.
Keep going until a final winner is determined.

Basic Rules / Fouls

Must shoot from the designated spot.
Rebound misses allowed.
No physical fouls. Simple violatiore violations only (eg. interfering, holding).
